Napoleon Bakery (often called Napoleon's) was a bakery located at 101 South Jefferson Street in downtown Pensacola. Owned by French native Pierre Kaufke, the business was founded in 1985 and served a variety of traditional French breads and pastries. It was purchased by Wolfgang Pitzmann, one of Napoleon's bakers, and his wife Wanda in October 2002. They reopened the store as Pitzmann's European Bakery in March 2003.
