The following is a list of ordinances adopted by the City of Pensacola in 1906.

January 5 An Ordinance regulating the construction of buildings of six or more stories. This ordinance required buildings of six or more stories to be of fireproof construction, likely in response to the Halloween Night Fire of 1905.
January 25 An Ordinance to prohibit smoking in electric cars in operation within the City of Pensacola.
March 3 An ordinance to provide for the extermination of mosquitoes, and the destruction of their larvae.
March 3 An ordinance to provide for the prompt report of fever cases and to protect the public against a recurrence of yellow fever in the City of Pensacola.
March 3 An Ordinance relating to mortuary records. This ordinance required physicians, undertakers, or other individuals to report deaths to the City, and provided that bodies shall not be buried or removed from the City without a permit from the City's Health Officer.

March 15 An Ordinance prohibiting the sale or exchange of impure or adulterated condensed milk or evaporated cream, and providing the manner in which all condensed milk evaporated cream shall be labelled, and further providing a penalty for the violation of this ordinance.

May 11 An Ordinance to extend the fire limits of the City of Pensacola.
May 11 An Ordinance relating to the proceeds of improvement bonds of the City of Pensacola.

May 11 An Ordinance to amend Section 322 of the Code of Ordinances of 1902. This ordinance made it unlawful to spit on sidewalks, streetcars, or public buildings.
June 14 An Ordinance to provide for the confiscation of concealed weapons unlawfully carried.
June 14 An Ordinance to amend Section 442 of Article III of Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pensacola. This ordinance established penalties for those who would "defraud or cheat" the owner or driver of a car for hire. It also required owners and drivers to charge only rates established by ordinance.
June 14 An Ordinance to sell to Wm. A Blount certain portions of Lots 24 and 25 of Block 34 of the Water Front of the City of Pensacola. Lot 34 of the Water Front Tract is located on the southwest corner of Palafox and Cedar Streets.
June 28 An Ordinance relating to smoking on street cars in operation within the City of Pensacola. Set penalties for street car conductors who permitted smoking in street cars.
June 28 An Ordinance to amend Section 121 of Article 5 of Chapter IX of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pensacola, making it an offence [sic] for any person, owner or custodian of horses, cattle, goats, sheep or hogs, to allow them to run at large on certain streets, alleys or parks of the City of Pensacola.
July 13 And Ordinance to make appropriations for the expenses of the Government and interest on the bonded debt of the City of Pensacola, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1906.
July 26 An Ordinance to provide for the construction of a system of storm water drains and sanitary sewers for the City of Pensacola.
July 31 An Ordinance to provide for the abatement of certain nuisances. Declared places collecting stagnant water as public nuisances and provided for their abatement.
August 9 An Ordinance to amend Section 102 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pensacola of 1902. Required utility polls to be painted in certain fashions depending on the type of utility.
August 221 An Ordinance to create the office of Superintendent of Streets and Buildings; to fix the compensation and define the compensation and define the duties of said officer.
August 27 An Ordinance providing for the inspection of electric light and power wires.
August 27 An Ordinance making appropriations for the payment of interest of improvement bonds of the City of Pensacola, and for other purposes.
September 7 An Ordinance granting the privilege to the Pensacola Grocery Company of building a spur track on Jefferson Street.
September 15 An Ordinance to change the names of certain streets in the City of Pensacola.
September 15 An Ordinance to provide for the erection of a City Hall building in the City of Pensacola.
October 12 An Ordinance to amend Section 92 of the Code of Ordinances of 1902. Adjusted the widths of various sidewalks.
October 12 An Ordinance to levy ad valorem taxes for the year of 1906.
October 12 An Ordinance relating to electric poles and wires. Provided for the placement of electrical wires in and around certain streets to be placed underground.
December 5 An Ordinance to fix the salary of the Comptroller.
December 6 An Ordinance providing for the safety of persons and property at certain railroad crossings in the City of Pensacola. Required the Louisville and Nashville Railroad to furnish flagmen or automatic gates at the railroad crossings at Wright and Hayne Streets and Zaragoza and Tarragona Streets.
December 15 An Ordinance relating to side-walks on Garden Street between Tarragona and Spring Streets.
