Gunther Properties is a real estate brokerage formed by Fred Gunther in January of 2006 in order to provide superior service to his clients. Prior to forming Gunther Properties, he was with Baars Realty for over nine years. Gunther Properties has a Commercial Real Estate division, led by Fred Gunther, and a Residential Real Estate division, led by Jessica Nguyen. In addition to traditional real estate services such as sales and leasing, Gunther Properties offers real estate consulting services, including site evaluation, lease audits, property tax assessment challenges and Broker Price Opinion(BPO) or Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) preparation. Gunther Properties is located at 213 S. Baylen Street in downtown Pensacola.
