The Great Southern Restaurant Group of Pensacola, Inc. (GSRG) is a restaurant management company owned by brothers Collier, Burney and Will Merrill and chef Jim Shirley. Incorporated on April 30, 1998,[1] it is the parent company of Pensacola restaurants the Fish House, Atlas Oyster House and Jackson's. The Screaming Coyote was a former property until it closed in 2003.
