'''Georgio's Pizza''' is an [[East Pensacola Heights]] restaurant located at 3000 East [[Cervantes Street]]. It was opened in [[1984]] by a man named Georgio. [[Carl Hixon]] bought the restaurant from Georgio's widow Eva in [[1998]].

In addition to its pizza selections, Georgio's menu includes a variety of Greek and Italian entrees, sandwiches, appetizers and salads.

Every year, on the anniversary of the [[September 11]], [[2001]] terrorist attacks, Georgio's hosts a "First Responder's Day." During the annual event, the restaurant gives out free meals to all first responders, in and out of uniform, and throws a pizza-eating contest to raise money for a charity of the winning department's choice.

The restaurant also produces [[Mt. Fuji Dressings]] in a rear kitchen area. Hixon purchased the ginger dressing's recipe from former [[Tokyo Chaya]] owner [[Yuzo Segawa]] when he moved back to Japan with his family.
