Fred Gunther (b. 1971) is a commercial real estate Broker and the owner of Gunther Properties, which he started in 2006. He is chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pensacola, Chairman of the Downtown Improvement Board Housing Committee and a member of the Community Maritime Park Associates Operations and Audit Committee.
