First Friday - Live After Five

First Friday - Live After Five is a music program sponsored by the Community Redevelopment Agency that features regional musicians performing live in the streets of downtown Pensacola on the first Friday of each month. During the concert, which takes place from 5:00-8:00 p.m., a section of Romana Street between Jackson and Jefferson Streets is blocked off. The first event took place on April 4, 2008, with reggae group Vibe Irie.
