Escambia County District 4 is a political district in southeastern Escambia County, Florida, used for the purposes of the Board of County Commissioners and the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority Board. Its boundaries are also similar (but not identical[1]) to those of Escambia County School District 4.

The area includes much of the City of Pensacola, including the Cordova shopping district and the Pensacola Regional Airport, as well as a number of residential neighborhoods along Bayou Texar and Escambia Bay. The communities on Santa Rosa Island are also part of District 4.
