Carl Hixon III is the owner and operator of Georgio's Pizza and Mt. Fuji Dressings.

Hixon's grandmother's grandfather was a partner of John D. Rockefeller and receives quarterly income from two trusts established in 1908 and 1916. He was unaware of the wealth until his mother's death in 1983, after which he "started seeing these checks coming in. I didn't have a clue!"[1]

After a 20-year career with Morrison's Cafeteria, Hixon purchased Georgio's from the original owner's widow, Eva, in 1998.[2]
