Autumn O. Beck

Autumn Beck is an attorney with McDonald Fleming Moorhead coming to them from Kerrigan, Estess, Rankin, McLeod and Thompson, LLP. Autumn is a Pensacola native; a graduate of Tate High School and Florida State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Religion. She graduated from Florida State College of Law in 2001 where she was inducted to the National Order of the Barristers for her oral and appellate advocacy skills. In law school she argued before the Florida Supreme Court and won Best Oral Advocate in national and state competitions. During her final semester, Autumn was a legal intern for Justice Major B. Harding of the Florida Supreme Court. There she witnessed firsthand the historic Bush v. Gore election appeal of 2000 and authored an opinion later adopted by the majority of the Court on a criminal anonymous tip case.

Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Autumn practiced with the Tallahassee law firm of Cooper, Byrne, Blue and Schwartz, P.A. in the areas of insurance defense, contract disputes, sexual harassment, and other workplace issues. She then became Political Action Committee Director and Legislative Counsel for the Florida Chamber of Commerce where she lobbied the Florida Legislature on business related issues. Autumn spent the several years prior to joining Kerrigan, Estess, Rankin, McLeod and Thompson, LLC as a political blogger, speaker, contract political fundraiser and author while taking time to raise her three young children.She has recently published a humorous cookbook, Skinny Ninnie's Kitchen which has received regional coverage. She has appeared on local television shows doing cooking demonstrations.

Her practice at McDonald Fleming Moorhead focuses primarily on Family law as well as estate planning, litigation and general civil law. She has been described as an energetic, charismatic advocate who is deeply committed to client's needs.
