Atlas Oyster House is a seafood restaurant located in the Seville Harbour building at 600 South Barracks Street, near the Port of Pensacola. It opened in summer 2002 as the more casual sister restaurant to the Fish House next door.

The restaurant is owned by the Great Southern Restaurant Group, which is comprised of four principals: brothers Collier, Will and Burney Merrill, whose company Merrill Land owns the Seville Harbour building, and Jim Shirley, who is the restaurant's head chef.

Atlas Oyster House serves fresh oysters from nearby Apalachicola. In addition, the menu includes steaks, burgers, seafood sandwiches and po' boys. Sushi is also available from the Fish House's sushi bar.

One of the dining rooms, called the Captain's Room, is available for private parties.
