Actually, "Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc." was the name of the three-party group (Studer, Fetterman, Cavanaugh) that presented the proposal to the City Council. Rewrite
When I first started this article, it was mainly about the referendum. I think I may try to rewrite the main article, incorporating the new renderings and other info, and have a separate article that covers the referendum.
